In light of Mother’s Day, the Netball coordinators decided to hold a ‘Mothers and Daughters’ Netball session with the aim of encouraging mums and daughters to sign up together!
The evening saw a mix of games including mothers playing alongside their daughters, as well as against their daughters! This saw competitiveness on a different level, as it wasn’t like the usual playing alongside your peers, rather it was playing with your mother/daughter! There was laughter and kindness, but equally some sides of family rivalry were shown!
All mothers were given a smarties Easter Egg at the end of the session!
Despite the cold, it was a brilliant last Netball session before we close for the month of Mahe Ramadhan.
