SJ Fitness

Stanmore Jafferys Fitness was established to encourage everyone in the community to be active and stay healthy through a variety of weekly fitness offerings on weekday evenings and Sunday afternoons in conjunction with girls sports.

Our aim is to offer something for the entire community, create awareness and encourage a healthy lifestyle while forming strong friendships across the community.

Sessions on offer include pilates, yoga, bootcamp, boxercise, circuits and soccercise to name a few with session subsidies for Stanmore Jafferys members. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced us to rethink our fitness strategy given lockdown and social distancing measures in place. We therefore launched online Zoom fitness sessions for ladies and girls attracting over 50 participants and making sure the community stays fit during the challenging times. We are always looking for new instructors to increase our range of activities offered so please get in touch if you are interested in joining us.
