Sessions will be 30 minutes

Held after the main programme at Hujjat Stanmore (starting at approx 10pm)
Led by qualified instructors Mariam Datoo (boxercise) and Abida Jaffer (pilates)

The exercises will be geared to aiding better digestion and preventing bloating and at the same time retaining muscle tone so all your hard work is maintained! 

Sessions are £3 each with ALL proceeds going to World Federation Aid’s Ramadhan Relief
