Pilates with Abida Jaffer (8pm and 8.30pm sessions)
Yoga with Nihal Mohamedali (9pm and 9.30pm sessions)
Boxercise with Mariam Datoo (8pm and 8.30pm sessions)
Strength Training with Hosna Milani (9pm and 9.30pm sessions)

N.B. You may only select ONE 30 minute time slot for each activity
