Yes, you read that right! Over the course of this year, we will be dropping adhoc free sessions across our sports portfolio so keep an out on individual sport groups as these could pop up at any time!
Why are we doing this?!
1) Sport and being active not only plays a part in physical health
but also has a huge positive impact on mental wellbeing. Being active can improve mood, be a great stress reliever, decrease the chances of depression and anxiety and lead to a more balanced lifestyle. In the challenging, high-pressure world we live in, we want to remind you to take a step away and do something to help your mental wellbeing
2) Stanmore Jafferys is first and foremost a community club and our ethos is to provide a safe, open, social space for you to meet fellow sisters, form bonds and make friendships. So why not use these as the perfect opportunity to try out a new session or sport you’ve never been to? Or rekindle your love for a sport or session you haven’t attended in a while?
Free session drops will be communicated on the relevant sport group before the sign up link goes live. Sign up will be in the same way on a first come first serve basis but will be completely free for that session!
