Salaamun Alaikum,
We would like to thank you/your daughter(s) for signing up to play at MAMT this year and for attending the training sessions weekly
The event will take place on Saturday 1st October commencing with Netball at 9am
Football will be held in the afternoon from 1pm
The venue is: Moseley Sport & Fitness Centre, Springfield Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 4LR
Please ensure girls are dressed in black tracksuit bottoms/leggings and a red SJ top. If they do not have the red SJ top, any red top will be fine. No jewellery should be worn.
For netball, please make sure nails are cut
For football, please make sure girls have shin pads and trainers/astroturf boots (boots with metal studs will not be permitted)
Payment
The cost of attending MAMT will be £5 for one sport and £10 for two sports. This covers the entry fee and food for the girls. Stanmore Jafferys is committed to making sport as affordable as possible for the community therefore these prices are heavily subsidised vs the club’s payment to MAMT of £65 per team (£8-£9 per player per sport)

Team Selection
Selecting the teams has been a difficult task for the coaches with many factors to consider:
– The total number of sign ups and the total number of players allowed per team
– The spread of positions amongst the whole squad e.g. shooters, defenders etc
– The ability of the girls
– Dedication to attending Sunday sports sessions over the past year. As with any club, we expect commitment from girls in attending weekly sessions and this has been factored into team selection
