As promised outlined below is all the relevant information and details for the upcoming courses in 2023
Harriet Key (PGA Golf Professional)
Harriet graduated from the PGA Training Programme in 2015, achieving 3rd Place in the Assistant of the Year award and was also awarded Ladies European Tour Female Assistant of the year. In 2018, Harriet was appointed ‘Assistant Hertfordshire County Girls’ Coach showing further evidence of her growing reputation within the County.
Harriet joined Batchworth Golf Academy from Moor Park Golf Club, delivering coaching to a range of ages and abilities. Harriet has a specific interest in coaching Junior Girls and female golfers as well as organising ladies golf tuition holidays.

Batchworth Park is a private members golf club with a spectacular 18-hole course and a thriving membership. The undulating parkland course provides views over Hertfordshire and an intriguing variety of holes to challenge players of all abilities

Coaching Programmes Available
The following programmes are available to our girls & ladies, exclusively for SJ Members (if we manage to fill all the allocated slots), coached by Harriet Key.
1. Learn to Play- Beginners 1
This is an 8 week introductory programme, 1 hour a week (with two sessions being two hour sessions), designed for beginners who have never played golf before. You will be taken through the basics of what you need to get started and out onto the golf course. Alongside your lessons, you will be encouraged to get on the actual golf course with others and invited to Academy afternoons. All equipment will be provided.
Cost: £175
Subsidised SJ Cost: £120 (32% off!)
Dates – EVENING: 8 SESSIONS (10 hours): Mondays May 8th/15th/22nd, June 5th/12th/19th/26th, July 3rd – 6-7pm (sessions on June 5th and July 3rd are 2 hours)

2. Learn to Play- Beginners 1/2
This is an 8 week programme, 1 hour a week (with two sessions being two hour sessions), designed for beginners who have never played golf before or for those who have done the beginner programme and require a refresher before the improvers programme. You will be taken through the basics of what you need to get started and out onto the golf course. Alongside your lessons, you will be encouraged to get on the actual golf course with others and invited to Academy afternoons. All equipment will be provided.
Cost: £175

Dates – MORNING: 8 SESSIONS (10 hours): Wednesdays May 17th/24th, June 7th/14th/21st/28th, July 5th/12th – 10-11am (sessions on June 14th and July 12th are 2 hours)
Beginners 1/2 Mornings
3. Learn to Play – Improvers
NOTE: these courses are only available to those who have completed the Learn to Play Beginner course
Cost: £175

Dates – Option 1: 6 SESSIONS (9 hours): Wednesdays May 17th/24th/31st, June 7th/14th/21st – 5-6.30pm
Improvers Evening
Dates – Option 2: For ladies who would like to join an improver group in the morning, you can do Mondays 10am (year round ladies only programme at £45 per month) OR you can attend the weekly practice sessions on Wednedays at 10am (sessions open to general public)
