With the restructure of the Executive Committee, the role of Secretary is vacant and we would love for YOU to get involved in YOUR community club and be part of our team! 

The role of Secretary is to undertake administrative duties of the club with a variety of tasks including: 

  • Management of the SJ website (via WordPress) e.g. uploading posts, updating the calendar and creating/maintaining payment forms 
  • Creating monthly newsletters to showcase the latest SJ news and initiatives 
  • Reconciling session payments 
  • Maintaining the membership list 
  • Ordering and distributing general supplies and equipment to coordinators
