Youngster of the Month – an initiative aimed at public recognition of U16 members who have stood out to us.
Every month, a post goes up on social media (@stanmorejafferysladies) stating the U16 member’s name, picture and 3 reasons as to why we have chosen them for that month.
They also receive a ‘1 free session’ voucher.
We hope through this initiative we will see girls’ confidence grow and better performances throughout their play!
June 2023 Youngster of the Month is:
Aliza Poptani
- She has come a long way in netball from being scared of the ball to now defending every ball that comes her way
- She is consistent in attending Sunday sessions which has developed her into an excellent team player and she is always ready to help whenever needed
- Her energy on the netball court is contagious and she is always smiling and laughing
