Following the end of the term 2021-2024 and pursuant to clause 12.3.1 of the Stanmore Jafferys CIO constitution, notice is hereby given for the election of the below Trustee positions for the term 2024-2027:
- Head of Ladies Sports
- Independent Female Trustee
The elections will be held at SJ Clubhouse, WF House, Widewater Place, Moorhall Road, Harefield, UB9 6NS during the 2024 Annual General Meeting on Friday 3rd May (further details of the AGM will be sent out within the formal notice).
The Board of Trustees would like to invite interested candidates for the above two positions to submit their nomination to secretary@jafferys.org by Monday 8th April. Each nomination must be proposed and seconded by two separate members of SJ.
Interested candidates must submit full names of the proposer and seconder in their email. Proposer and seconder must then email in separately confirming that they propose/second said candidate.
Prospective candidates must be fully paid up members of the KSIMC of London and each proposer and seconder must be fully paid up members of SJ.
A list of candidates standing for election and details of the election officer will be published in the AGM pack alongside the formal notice.

Members are encouraged to ensure that they are up to date with their Stanmore Jafferys membership, as only fully paid up members are eligible to vote in the elections. Membership can be paid online, via the membership portal.
