The new year is here to remind us that it is never too late to start afresh. 
As we embark on a new year, let’s encourage and challenge ourselves to have the passion, strength, motivation and inspiration to reach our new goals!

We are sure that you can relate to the fact that the resolutions we make are always difficult to stick to.

Therefore, SJ Running & SJ Fitness have collaborated to create a plan which includes daily realistic and achievable exercises that can be done from the comfort of your own home.

What is the RED January Challenge?

Starting the 4th of January daily challenges will be sent on a Telegram group of participants who have signed up to the challenge.

We are emphasising on gradual progression, therefore each day will see slightly harder challenges than the previous day. We want to focus on consistency. Challenges will vary from 10 mins walk, 15 squats and 2km run, among others. The aim is to get up and get your body moving by doing any or all of the exercises of that day. All abilities welcome!

How will it work?

  • We will create a telegram group with everyone who has signed up.
  • Everyday we will post challenges on the group.
  • Thereafter, you will be given access to a sheet in which you can update whether or not you have done the challenge of the day.
  • The aim of this is to encourage each other and we can all hold each other accountable. Sisters supporting each other!
