Thank you to all of those who showed interest to play at the Unity Games in Dubai this December (24th-30th). We have a total of 95 ladies and our trials and selection process will begin with the first Netball trial on Tuesday 6th June 2023.
Trial dates, sport and selection details are outlined below. We require a response via the forms linked below for ALL ladies who have registered interest even if you are unable to attend trials.

General Information:

The dates provided for each sport are the ONLY dates you may trial on. It is mandatory for EVERYONE to attend trials unless you are injured, ill or abroad. If there is another reason, please contact a coordinator for that sport.

If selected for the SJ squad, you will be required to attend training sessions throughout the lead up to the games.

As you are all aware, we have a very large and diverse Jamaat and limited team slots for Stanmore across all sports. In line with our responsibilities of providing all with a fair opportunity to gain selection and providing SJ with the best chance of competing for the trophy, we will aim to accommodate as many players under Stanmore as possible.

However, there are many individuals who have registered interest and there will inevitably be some who are unfortunately not selected.

If you are not selected, we will release you to be able to play under another banner if you wish in line with COEJ and the Unity Games protocols around representing another sporting body other than your home Jamaat. As you can appreciate, this is a difficult process for us so please bear with us as we have a large contingent of members to work through. Please keep an open channel of communication with us on any worries or concerns you may have.
